Our mission is to teach you how to prepare and succeed in your job search, to help you understand what employers look for, and show you how to get the skills and experiences that will get you your dream job.
Our 3-Point Plan is the best map we know to prepare you for a great job- follow it and you’ll be eligible for our internships or any job you really want.
- School is your first and MOST important job. Employers use your classes and grades to evaluate your attendance, attitude, participation, effort, and responsibility. These are the same skills and behaviors they look for when deciding who to hire.
- Get involved! Extracurricular activities show employers that you are motivated and able to work with others. They also show that you don't need a teacher or classroom to guide you.
- Build your skills outside of school- Volunteer and service learning activities show that you understand that work is about helping others- not just for yourself.
